Terms of Service

These terms govern your subscription to uxgen. Last updated 28 August 2026.

1. Who you are contracting with

uxgen is operated by UXGen AI, LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States. Registered office: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Company file number: {{A COMPLETER PAR ANGELO}}.

Written contact: hello@uxgen.ai. That address is the whole support desk, and it is the address to use for anything in these terms, including cancellation and refund requests.

All prices are in USD and exclude any tax that may apply where you are. Your bank statement will show the uxgen billing name set on our Stripe account; if you do not recognise a charge, write to us before opening a dispute and we will identify it for you.

2. What a subscription buys

uxgen is a hosted MCP server at https://www.uxgen.ai/mcp. Your coding agent connects to it and calls its tools. It returns HTML, CSS and JavaScript for the parts of a store that take money, and it generates and cuts out product photographs.

Everything the server writes goes into your own repository and stays yours. There is nothing to install, no runtime of ours in your pages, and no licence fee on the code it produced once you stop paying.

The server refuses to write certain things on purpose — a rating with no order behind it, a countdown that re-arms on reload, a discount off a price nobody paid. A refusal of that kind is the product working, not a fault, and it is not a ground for a refund.

3. Plans, allowances and limits

The plans are Product Pages ($19 a month), Whole Store ($49 a month), Agency ($199 a month). What each one includes — the monthly number of photographs and the daily component allowance — is shown on the pricing page, and that page is what governs. We do not restate the numbers here, because two places holding the same number is how they come to disagree.

The photograph allowance resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC) and does not carry over. What you have not used by the end of a month is not added to the next one.

The server limits how fast image calls may arrive from one account, and it applies an overall daily ceiling across all accounts. These limits exist because an agent that loops spends real money without a human having asked. When one is hit, the server says so and tells your agent to stop rather than failing silently.

4. Your account and access

Access is granted on the email address used at checkout. uxgen has no passwords: you sign in from a link sent to that address, or with Google. Keep that mailbox secure — anyone who can read it can open your account.

Only an active subscription opens the tools. There is no free trial and no free tier: an account without an active subscription is refused, and the server tells your agent why.

A subscription is for you, or for the number of people your plan says. Sharing your access outside that, or reselling access to the server, ends the subscription without refund.

5. Term, renewal and price

Your card is charged on the day you subscribe, and again every billing period until you cancel. There is no minimum term.

A monthly plan renews every month. A yearly plan is 10 months paid for 12 months of access, charged once and renewed once a year.

If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email before it applies to you, and the change takes effect at your next renewal — never inside a period you have already paid for. If you do not want the new price, cancel before that renewal.

6. Cancelling

You cancel yourself, at any time, from your account, which opens Stripe’s billing page. You can also cancel by writing to hello@uxgen.ai. We do not make you call anyone, and we do not keep an account open to make leaving harder.

Cancelling stops the next charge. Your access stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then closes. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period — see the refund policy.

We may suspend or close an account that loops the image tools to run up cost, that tries to get round the limits by creating accounts in series, or that uses the server for anything unlawful. Where we close an account for that reason, we refund nothing.

7. What we do not promise

Photographs are produced through a third-party image provider. A generation can fail, and it can come back different from what you pictured. When a generation fails, what was set aside for it is put back on your allowance — you are not billed for an image that never arrived. We do not promise that any particular image will be produced, or produced at any particular resolution.

uxgen brings mechanics that are known to carry a cart. It does not promise sales, traffic, conversion, ranking, or any commercial outcome. We publish no customer figures and make no such claim anywhere on this site.

The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant third-party services it depends on — payment, hosting, email, image generation.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

You are responsible for what you publish. The server writes code and images into your project; checking that what you ship is lawful, accurate, and true about your own products is yours to do.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects what you have bought, we will tell you by email at the address on your account before it takes effect, and it will apply from your next renewal. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of the state and federal courts of the State of Delaware have jurisdiction.

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, including the withdrawal rights set out in the refund policy.
